I’ve only been back in the U.S. a week, and I’ve been lucky enough to do some traveling already. We went down to Memphis this weekend to visit my sister, Caroline. It had been six months since we’d seen each other, so I was very happy to be there.

Anyone that’s ever heard me talk about Memphis has probably just heard restaurant descriptions. Memphis is (in my opinion) one of the best places to eat, ever. This trip included visits to La Michoacana (Mexican ice cream), Central BBQ (famous BBQ nachos), and Brother Juniper’s (best breakfast in Memphis).
